CONTACT PAGE, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND EMAILS
By using the contact page, you are consenting to have the information you relay transmitted, processed, and stored on Moments of Flow’s server and/or in our email client(s). Only your name and email are collected for this purpose and are used only to respond to your comments or questions.

Incoming email is processed through our domain server (2020media.com). Replies and communication are processed via 2020media, Google Mail and inmail.

Subscription to Moments of Flow mailing list(s) is completely voluntary and managed through our GDPR-compliant partner. We do not store the information collected by Mailchimp on our website or locally, and you should refer to Mailchimp’s policies regarding your data.

PAPERWORK
invoices are stored in document files on the hard drive and not online.

PAYMENT
Any payments made via the website are managed by Paypal or Stripe. We do not store the information collected by Paypal or Stripe on our website or locally. You should refer to Paypal’s and Stripe’s policies regarding your data. Both companies are also GDPR compliant.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Any information gathered is minimal to provide the service requested and may include:

  • Internal record keeping.

  • Promotional email about upcoming retreats, workshops, events or other information.

  • We may need to contact you by email, phone, or mail (for example, to resolve technical issues, to provide customer service, or to notify you of any data breaches in compliance with GDPR).


SHARED INFORMATION
We do not share any client information with a third party. We may send a group email to all participants attending the same retreat to help the co-ordination of travel and pre-retreat preparation.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
Comments are disabled on the Moments of Flow website.

DATA PROTECTION
Email address are stored in the in-mail account automatically but never transferred to our address book unless you have requested.

YOUR RIGHTS TO ACCESS CONTROL
Moments of Flow clients have the right to unsubscribe from newsletters. This is the only way that you will receive information from us unless you email your enquiries directly.

SECURITY
This site is accessible via HTTP and HTTPS. Guest data is viewed only by the Founder; Tamsin Chubb, Bookkeeper or Accountant. In compliance with GDPR, you will be notified within 72 hours of a data breach of the website and/or storage systems of email clients which may result in the vulnerability of your name and email address. This will include Moments of Flow’s name and contact email. This only applies to those who have shared personal data that would still be stored in our database at the time of the breach.
